Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and star ratings, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute action plans to enhance store performance and achieve targets.

Team Leadership:
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Focus on the growth and development of team members through training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Assist employees in building product knowledge to enhance their confidence in customer interactions.
  • Conduct installations as needed, providing hands-on support and guidance to team members.

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained, addressing customer calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain a 5-star rating and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of customer estimates and proposals accurately and efficiently.

Store Operations:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to company merchandising standards.
  • Implement and maintain safety and security protocols to protect staff and assets.

Inventory Management:
  • Receive and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in the ordering and replenishment process.
  • Maintain accurate store records, including sales receipts, invoices, and employee schedules.

Reporting and Administration:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and team achievements to upper management.

Work Location: Rack Attack Sherman Oaks Store, 4553 Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks.

Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000 USD + Personal Spiffs and Bonus
