The role entails working with sales and company leadership to help strategize, then plan, execute and measure marketing and sales enablement efforts. As a 'Marketing Army of One," this person must execute from end-to-end, working with many internal and partners to build brand equity and maximize customer growth, retention and engagement.

To be successful, the Marketing and Sales Enablement Generalist will do the following:
Provide Omni-channel Marketing for B2B & B2C Audiences
Develop and execute marketing strategy-driven tactics across the digital and physical worlds, including email campaigns, PPC, social media, earned and paid advertising, online content, tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, etc.
Create Captivating Content
Creates, coordinates and implements marketing campaigns with engaging content that attracts the right audience with the right call to action.
Champion The Sales Mission
Cultivates partnerships with donor and commercial sales teams to uncover the needs of each audience and delivers marketing efforts that reflect segment specific buying journeys.
Drive Data-Driven Decisions
Sponsors and communicates the results of market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify opportunities.
Be All About the Brand
Builds brand awareness. Measures and reports baseline and incremental brand awareness by audience at regular intervals.
Foster Trust and Teamwork
Performs a wide variety of projects as requested by leadership, sales and internal partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years' experience in marketing/marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results.
MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus.
Proven knowledge of marketing outreach strategies and methods for both B2B and B2C.
Experience with CRM and lead generation strategies (Salesforce preferred)
Experience with marketing on social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Experience with automated campaign management tools and SEO, PPC, SEM best practices.
Knowledge of CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, Craft, Seismic, etc.).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Fathom Analytics, Matomo, etc.).
Knowledge of design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
