At Samsung Hospitality America, the Programs and MICE (Meetings, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition) associate position is to maintain and support overall Travel program and MICE roll in order to maintain most optimal relationship between customers and vendors.
The incumbent shall support programs portion of roll by creating quarterly and annual customer report. By analyzing travel data incumbent shall make suggestion or report such unusual trends to manager to be transparent with clients and strategize travel programs.
The MICE portion of the role is to support event managers and director when new events or group meeting request has been inquired. The incumbent's responsibility includes but are not limited to sending bids out to various venues, collecting correct data, putting together a presentable RFP, maintaining rooming list, report on due dates, monitoring cancellation and attritions, and reconciling with clients and vendors.
Daily VOC shall be reported and distributed internally and to customers. Though contacts not only carry comments made by customers but need to have contain solutions and/or recommendations collected from operations and programs mangers.
The incumbent must keep track and have descent ideas in regards to corporate travel news and trends of the industry.
General Function:
Facilitate and promote sooth operations within planning department and maintain highest communications with team in assisting with MICE (Meetings, Incentive Conference and Exhibition).

Qualifications
- Permanent resident or U.S. citizens only (we do not sponsor Visa)
- Bilingual required: Korean
- MS Office Skill (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Good Organization Skill as it's fast paced environment
- Good Communication Skill
- Meticulous work ethic
* Experience in Meeting or hotel industry is a plus but not required as we will train. We just need your right work ethic!
These positions are Temp-to-hire, individual would be assessed after 3 months depend on performance.
