Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing multiple plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing timelines, and maintaining project documentation.
Responsibilities:
Assist in estimating, planning, scheduling, and managing plumbing and hvac projects.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring projects adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
