The Project Manager will manage, communicate, coordinate, delegate and monitor all aspects of an opportunity, project and/or design. The Project Manager is the internal support person and liaison between salesperson, customer and all internal departments, Creative Services, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing and Finishing. This person manages and communicates with the appropriate resources to ensure customer and company goals are met as it relates to all aspects of the finished product.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow established safety rules, policies and procedures at all times
Oversee all projects from ideation, printing, manufacturing through final delivery
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Process sales and design specifications for estimates and customer review
Lead and interact with Creative Services to ensure proper design and execution of projects
Identify and oversee the requisition of all required materials in order to ensure the successful completion of projects
Utilize appropriate resources and personnel to create/distribute manufacturing specifications, review and approve factory ticket information as it relates to the specific project, its completion and delivery timing
Communicate production progress to all appropriate individuals (i.e. customers and BCI associates); monitor production processes for communication purposes, including any fulfillment, shipping and or logistics requirements
Plan, schedule and communicate project timelines and milestones with Sales, customers, BCI team members and other stakeholders
Proactively manage changes in project scope, while identifying potential setbacks and devise contingency plans
Track and verify project cost, communicating adjustments as needed
Evaluate and assess project results; provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement
Keep work area clean and well organized and regularly maintain, organize and update records
Personify a "team attitude" and provide support to others as required
Occasional travel to meet with customers and qualify and coordinate with outside vendors to meet customer deadlines and expectations
Involved in pricing fulfillment projects and learn how to price other business through Amtech
Full-time role in an office and manufacturing plant/warehouse setting

Qualifications Desired:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or
5 years of relevant experience in project management
Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is highly preferred
Knowledge and ability to learn/read Structural CAD Drawings/Amtech Operating System
Knowledge and ability to learn/process Graphic arts, Lithographic printing, Pre-press and Manufacturing
