AcceleratedPM is seeking a dynamic, performance-driven Senior P6 Scheduler/Planner to join our high-performing team in Tullahoma, Tennessee. As a senior-level contributor, you will play a critical role in the success of large-scale construction projects by leveraging advanced scheduling expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to planning. Location/Travel:
This is a full-time on-site role in Tullahoma, Tennessee.
Duties and responsibilities could include:
Lead the development and management of detailed, resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring projects are planned with precision and executed seamlessly.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to optimize construction workflows, sequencing, and resource allocation.
Facilitate high-energy, interactive planning sessions to drive alignment among stakeholders and ensure a shared vision for project success.
Analyze schedules to identify critical paths, constraints, and risks, offering actionable insights and strategies for mitigation.
Drive performance by closely tracking project progress, adjusting schedules dynamically to reflect changes, and maintaining focus on delivering results.
Present impactful, data-driven reports and updates, clearly articulating key milestones, potential delays, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Champion compliance with client-specific requirements, industry best practices, and AcceleratedPM's high standards for excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
10+ years of senior-level experience in scheduling and planning with demonstrated expertise in Primavera P6.
Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and advanced planning techniques.
A proven track record of delivering exceptional project outcomes in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Skilled facilitator with the ability to lead engaging, productive planning sessions for diverse audiences.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scheduling concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred but Not Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or similarly complex construction projects.
Knowledge of cost management, earned value analysis, and resource leveling.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Dashboard development and reporting skills.
Familiarity with risk analysis and resource leveling techniques.
