The Manager performs accounting functions and supervises numerous functions such as AP/AR, month-end close, daily accounting activities, etc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages accounting office, banking, insurance policies and lease renewals
Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Approves and codes invoices and expense reports.
Assists in monitoring corporate bank accounts and balancing bank statements.
Performs various administration tasks, as requested by the owner
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and ability to create efficiencies using Excel, and working knowledge of Word, email and other pertinent systems.
