About the COO Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and play a critical role in driving the company's continued growth and success. The COO will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Lead and optimize all operational functions, including telemedicine delivery, pharmacy fulfillment, customer support, and technology infrastructure.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Technology & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, identifying opportunities to leverage innovation and improve our platform.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, implementing robust risk management strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of success in scaling operations, driving growth, and achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with personal injury law firms or in the legal industry is a plus.
