Job Summary: The Gallerie Store Manager will oversee business operations for Gallerie by CFA and implement lessons on shifts for participants in the Ready to WERK program. This involves collaborating with the Ready to WERK Program Coordinator to develop lesson plans that align with the National Retail Federation Business of Retail certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service.
Foster a customer-centric environment and resolve customer inquiries and issues
Ensure Marketplace Employees have adequate training on Gallerie policies and procedures, and POS system.
Manage Gallerie staff schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate with Brands to merchandise as needed.
Oversee business operations for Gallerie by CFA.
Implement lesson plans on shifts for Ready to WERK program participants.
Collaborate with the Ready to WERK Program Coordinator to develop lesson plans.
Ensure lesson plans align with the National Retail Federation Business of Retail certification.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory and loss prevention measures.
Enforce company policies and procedures, including security measures and cash handling.
Manage store maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.
Generate regular reports for Head of Education & Programs and Brands summarizing sales performance and suggesting improvements.
Ensure the store complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer preferences and needs.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.

Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Experience with visual merchandising and store layout design.
