With over 30 years of legal and business experience, Landmark Legal Advisors based in Carmel, IN, lead by founding attorney Andrew Thompson. In 2025, we are embarking on a new phase of growth and innovation to solve unique legal and cultural problems with solutions most lawyers never even imagine. While we will continue serving our clients in ongoing civil, constitutional and business matters, we are adding four new initiatives that will expand our services in ways and in places that present new frontiers of opportunity and growth:

  1. Recovering Trafficked Children
  2. Christian Faith & Freedom
  3. Election Integrity
  4. Crowdfunding Investments


These initiatives will enhance the existing practice profile for Landmark but will not replace the existing practice at the current time. We will build our media presence and reinvigorate past successes in podcasting, social media and other means of outreach and communication.

Role Description

This is essentially a full-time, contract role for a Managerial Assistant for Landmark Legal Advisors and will be primarily a remote position (with occasional onsite responsibilities). The Managerial Assistant will be responsible for all tasks that enable the productivity and success of the CEO, maintaining a high level of accuracy in documentation, legal filing, scheduling, appointment setting, handling invoicing and basic accounting duties, social media, podcast production and utilizing strong organizational skills to support the team's operations.

  • Skilled and adaptable with X, Twitter Spaces, YouTube (also Rumble) and other pertinent social media and audio/visual publication platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google and other office suite applications
  • Ability to master Odyssey filing system and other online filing and forms completion systems
  • Invoicing and most basic accounting proficiency
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional office setting

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
