Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for our Woodinville, WA location. The Office Manager will oversee administrative tasks, managing office equipment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth office operations on a day-to-day basis.
Job Duties Include:
Answering and directing phone calls
Retrieving and processing mail
Reviewing and finalizing contracts, letters, and reports for distribution to clients
Managing Electronic filing systems
Providing W-9 forms and Certificates of insurance as requested
Ordering office supplies as needed
Troubleshooting office equipment
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
Proficiency in using office equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma required
