Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for our Woodinville, WA location. The Office Manager will oversee administrative tasks, managing office equipment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth office operations on a day-to-day basis.

Job Duties Include:
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Retrieving and processing mail
  • Reviewing and finalizing contracts, letters, and reports for distribution to clients
  • Managing Electronic filing systems
  • Providing W-9 forms and Certificates of insurance as requested
  • Ordering office supplies as needed
  • Troubleshooting office equipment

Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency in using office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma required
