We are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented and proactive investment professionals to join our team at various levels ranging from Analyst/Associate to Vice President. As a member of RevTek's Credit team, you will be responsible for contributing to both underwriting and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities:
Credit Analysis & Underwriting: Underwrite loan requests for new and existing clients, assessing financial strength and repayment capacity. Evaluate borrowers' financial statements, cash flow projections, and other key performance indicators to determine credit risk.Contribute to the development of terms and conditions for new loans, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation. Prepare credit memos and recommendations for investment committee review. Work with outside counsel to review and negotiate loan documents.
Portfolio Management & Covenant Monitoring: Oversee the ongoing management of existing portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with loan covenants, financial performance metrics, and reporting requirements. Maintain up-to-date credit files and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes. Proactively flag any potential risks or covenant breaches, and work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues. Provide recommendations for loan modifications, renewals, or restructurings as needed.

  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, including financial summaries, covenant compliance, and overall credit risk. Communicate portfolio updates to senior management and investors as required.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams, acting as a secondary point of contact alongside designated relationship managers for ongoing communication, support, and information gathering.
  • Credit Risk Monitoring: Evaluate credit risk across the portfolio, tracking trends and proactively identifying potential risks or performance issues.
  • Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Provide support for special projects, investor requests, and other tasks as they arise, helping to drive the growth and success of the firm.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-4+ years (for an Analyst / Associate role) or 5-8+ years (for a VP-level role) of experience in underwriting and/or managing commercial loan portfolios within a bank, investment management firm, or other financial institution.
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; an MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
Skills:

o Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, identify key trends and assess credit risk.

o Familiarity with loan structuring, underwriting, and due diligence processes.

o Experience with covenant analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking.

o Experience negotiating credit agreements and collaborating with outside counsel to document and close new loans and amendments.

o Knowledge of technology / SaaS lending, venture debt, revenue-based lending and/or other similar lending models.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
