Position Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location - Irvine, CA

Reports to: VP of Commercial Operations

Compensation: 120 - 140K plus annual bonus

AVITA Medical is a regenerative medicine company leading the development and commercialization of devices and autologous cellular therapies for skin restoration. Our FDA-approved RECELL System technology platform treats patients with thermal burn wounds and full-thickness skin defects and is used for re-pigmentation of stable depigmented vitiligo lesions by harnessing the regenerative properties of a patients' own skin to create Spray-On Skin cells.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and customizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain our Salesforce instance, including user management, security settings, data management, and customization of objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support the needs of our sales and marketing teams.
  • Focus the organization's use of data for what best serves the mission
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other development tools.
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, validation rules.
  • Manage less complex Salesforce integrations - those not handled by a Consultant/Partner.
  • Perform data imports, exports, and updates as needed.
  • Provide support and training to end users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects.
  • Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
  • Document Customizations made in Salesforce

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (any major) from an accredited college or university is required.

Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Plan and carry out tasks without detailed instructions and prepare for problems or opportunities in advance by taking ownership of situations and being proactive in approach.
