What is VirtuGuard™
Virtual Security Officers in our Operations Command Center monitor client facilities in real-time, protecting people, assets, and property. They intervene virtually when necessary, following specific site protocols, which may involve real-time audio interactions, asking individuals to leave, calling for human security officers, or contacting local law enforcement. This approach has proven to be more effective and cost-efficient than traditional physical guarding alone.

Responsibilities and Duties
You have strong business acumen to develop, lead, and close sales opportunities. We are seeking hard-working sales professionals that have a proven record of success in selling solution-based value-added services. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert (SME) in securing People, Property and Assets.
Specifically, we are looking for leaders that will:
Identify, develop and close sales opportunities
Experience working in a CRM. Maintain accurate client records. Keep the pipeline of opportunities updated with expected close dates and expected revenue
Manage C-level relationships around security needs
Clearly articulate VirtuGuard™'s value proposition to all levels within a customer's organization
Survey customer properties for security weaknesses and prepare proposals to install and manage remote guarding system
Cold-calling clients in your territory/industry focus and generate new leads
Follow up and close leads generated by the company marketing
Participate as an SME in conferences and attend events to generate leads as needed
Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking highly motivated sales leaders with a strong record of winning, professional success in sales, and comfort with technology. Must have strong business acumen and be able to strategically discuss VirtuGuard™ solutions/service delivery capabilities as they relate to our security services and client needs.
Experience in the security or camera installation industry is preferred.
Must have skills and knowledge to allow for successful prioritization of multiple projects and the ability to clearly communicate and present project requirements/timelines.
Must be comfortable working independently and able to make a personal connection with clients via telephone and video conference.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs are required.
