Position Summary: We are seeking a charismatic and motivated sales professional to help drive business growth in our restoration division. This role is focused on identifying and acquiring new accounts, managing client relationships, and transitioning new business to the operations team. The ideal candidate will excel in consultative sales, cold calling, and closing deals, while effectively managing other deadlines. Building and maintaining relationships with engineers, property managers, and other decision makers is key to success in this role. This position will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the overall growth in our restoration division.

Essential Job Functions:

DUTIES:

* Drive new account penetration: cold calling, qualification, sales strategy, resource utilization, account acquisition and maintenance of obtained accounts.

* Consultative sales with ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.

* Coordinate and respond to large complex solutions, bids, and RFPs.

* Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with engineers, construction managers, property managers, and other decision makers.

* Initiate the transition of new accounts to the operations team, ensuring a smooth handover and setting the state for exceptional service delivery.

* Participate in weekly sales team meetings to refine strategies and celebrate successes.

* Craft and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations to decision-makers, showcasing the unique benefits of the Company's services through leads received and appointments.

* Listen to and understand the unique needs of each prospective client, offering solutions that align with their specific challenges and goals.

* Consistently follows up on submitted bids and budgets with decision makers to close business.

* Identifies and offers value added/value engineering options to contractor.

* Existing relationships with engineers, construction managers, property managers, brokers or other decision makers is a plus.

* Transitioning leads into closed business.

* Review and verify month billings and receivables with Project Management team.

* Create and maintain marketing materials for sales meetings.

* Assist in maintaining the Company's social media presence.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

* Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds throughout the workday.

* Must be able to travel throughout Metro Denver, occasionally out of town and/or out of state and overnight.

* Must be able to sit, stand, kneel and bend for extended periods of time.

* Must be able to withstand repetitive motion.

* Must be able to withstand long hours.

* Must maintain drug-free status throughout employment.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Must maintain vehicle compliance, cleanliness and routine maintenance.

* Must possess a valid driver's license

* Must possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record

* Must complete all Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections of vehicle and any trailer being towed.

* Must complete Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR)

* Must be familiar and comply with FMCSA and DOT laws and regulations.

* Per FMCSR, all commercial drivers must be able to read and fluently speak English.

Experience and Education:

* 3-5 Years Business to Business sales, commercial construction or adjacent is a plus.

* Demonstrated success with a mix of both new and established accounts.

* Bachelor's degree preferred but relevant work experience will be considered.
