Role Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing, strategic, and motivated Director of Franchise Development to drive the growth and market presence of our franchise brands. This person will be essential in expanding our footprint, refining our sales process, and creating an exceptional experience for potential franchise partners. As the Director, you'll be responsible for managing a team, driving sales performance, and developing actionable go-to-market strategies to capture new territories and expand our existing network.
Responsibilities:
Lead Franchise Sales Strategy: Design and execute growth strategies to meet and exceed franchise sales targets across multiple brands.
Manage the Sales Pipeline: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes to ensure timely and effective follow-up, optimizing our CRM for best practices.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of franchise development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture centered on urgency, results, and clear deliverables.
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify prime franchise opportunities and untapped markets.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, vendors, and consultants representing the Relentless Brands vision and ensuring alignment with our values.
Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes and streamline the sales process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Real Estate teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales cycle to the onboarding of new franchisees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years in franchise development, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of franchise sales processes, franchise laws, and lead management.
Proficiency in CRM and project management tools, with a data-obsessed approach to optimizing sales performance.
2+ years working with franchise consultants and brokers with a true understanding of "fric and fract."
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a focus on urgency, clear communication, and results.
