Integrity 9 is seeking a creative, forward-thinking individual to join our brand consulting team and lead in the development of partnership strategies for our brand clients. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience developing sports marketing campaigns for brands that are multi-faceted, leveraging property assets and external resources. The candidate will also have experience executing partnership activations, ranging from fan and community engagements to B2B client hosting. This position will serve leadership role within our account management teams and will assist in the day-to-day management and execution of partnership assets.
Responsibilities include the following:
Partnership Strategy
Cultivate a deep understanding of client business, with a firm grasp of overall needs, goals, and objectives
Develop client's overall approaches to sports and entertainment (S&E) partnerships
Collaborate with client's internal teams to ensure consistency across S&E messaging, content, and key themes with client's brand approach in other verticals
Create partnership campaigns and activation concepts that are tailored to the client's brand identity and are targeted toward specific brand goals and objectives
Identify areas for growth, enhancement and improvement within existing partnerships and provide recommendations on how to improve
Create and present partnership strategy documents to client stakeholders
Maintain an awareness on industry best practices and competitor activities to ensure client activations are innovative and unique
Partnership Creative and Content Development
Collaborate with brand creative team(s) on the development of creative concepts for partnerships assets such as in-venue branding, digital marketing assets, etc.
Manage relationships with client digital teams and assist in the creation of digital content strategy, copy, and assets
Partnership Activation
Oversee account activation team(s), serving as a primary lead on designated team relationships as needed
Develop and oversee implementation of activation plans to ensure prompt delivery and execution of partnership assets
Create curated client hosting plans to deliver best-in-class experiences for client's customers and prospects at hospitality events (suite nights, group experiences, etc.)
Attend partnership activation events and activities (games, community projects, etc.)
Oversee the development of quarterly and annual reports that provide insights, results, and recommendations to further improve and enhance partnerships
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5-10 years of sports marketing and relevant industry experience
Brand or sports marketing agency experience strongly preferred
Willing to work weekends, as necessary
Excellent people skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic, and have a desire to learn
Strong knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and Asana preferred
