New Business Development - Staffing Industry Experience Required

Job description

The ideal person for this position must have strong Sales experience. This position is focused on developing new business through prospecting and cold calling and using your strong presentation and negotiation skills. You must have a solid proven track record in successful selling. In this role, you will be involved in planning and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed profit and growth targets, identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities, and opening new accounts while expanding business at existing accounts.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in the staffing industry

A proven track record of breaking new accounts using innovative sales approaches

Superior communication, presentation, and customer service skills

Effective negotiation and closing techniques

The ability to achieve and/or exceed sales quotas

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and engaging personality

A strong work ethic motivated by results

The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year as it is commensurate with experience
