What You'll Need:
5 to 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, specifically in software development and management.
Hands-on expertise in React Native development, integrating AI and Augmented Reality features, and managing various software components, including HTTP Server, WebSocket server, and databases.
A strong desire to create something new and impactful.
The ability to grow and learn throughout the entrepreneurial journey.
What you will be doing:
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals that includes developers, engineers and architects
Get your "hands dirty", helping this team as needed
Oversee the development, deployment and maintenance of the app
Work with the founders to develop and execute IT strategy
Ensure the organization stays on top of emerging technologies and trends for business growth and innovation
Compensation
The Co-Founder will be compensated with shares of the company and will have the opportunity to bring in two additional team members, who will also be compensated with shares. This approach aligns the entire founding team with the long-term success and growth of the company.
