Pay: $58,240 salary or ($25.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience), full time
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing specific therapy programs to patients struggling with substance use disorders. You will play a vital role in helping patients develop coping strategies, improve their mental health, and
achieve recovery goals in a supportive and holistic environment.
Conduct comprehensive assessments including biopsychosocial assessments and all necessary suicide screening assessments to identify patient's needs and strengths to create treatment plans.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based models.
Provide therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic approaches to support recovery.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical staff and case managers, to provide holistic care.
Engage with families and support systems to foster understanding and promote recovery.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in addiction treatment and mental health.
Assume additional duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
Preferred Qualification: Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
Valid Ohio state licensure is required. LCDC III or LICDC
Experience in addiction treatment or mental health counseling.
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic models and approaches for addiction.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client care.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
