Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the organization's database systems
- Analyze complex data sets and provide insights through data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security
- Create and maintain documentation for database processes and procedures
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Database Manager or similar role
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Preferred experience or familiarity with:
QuickBooks
Cognos
CRM System
Payroll System
Phone Data System (Ring Central)
Smartsheet
Excel
Access
SQL
Python
Cobalt
Excel (Power Query)
Excel (Data Modeling)
- Knowledge of database design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
