We have an immediate need for an activities associate for our healthcare client located North of Boston. This is a direct-hire, on-site position.
This full-time administrative role supports office operations Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with no weekend or holiday hours. Under direct supervision, the position involves performing various administrative tasks by following established procedures and guidelines. Spanish speaking preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including typing, filing, maintaining calendars, and compiling routine reports.
Utilize software for drafting and proofreading correspondence, ensuring accuracy in spelling, grammar, and layout.
Maintain databases, compile data for reports, and create basic spreadsheets or graphs as needed.
Process forms, manage copies, scans, and faxes, and handle office supply orders.
Organize and maintain files and records; may provide backup support in other areas.
Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail as required.
Manage appointments, meetings, and document tracking.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role (healthcare experience preferred).
Proficient in typing and corporate software; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
