Our firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, handling submittals and FRI's, maintaining as-built documentation, tracking quantities, reviewing and approving invoices and coordinating with all current projects under contract with Mike Prlich and Sons, inc. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
Reading and interpreting detailed construction documents, including plans and specifications.
Create and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to detailed project schedules.
Coordinating material procurement. Preparation and transmittal of material submittals
Corresponding verbally and electronically with project Owner and team members.
Attending and participating in meetings with Owner and team members.
Managing subcontractors, purchase orders and change orders.
Strong commitment to safety
Other duties as assigned
Other Requirements
Experience with Public Works Agencies is a requirement.

Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Work overtime and weekends as required.
Work at various and different locations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, environmental engineering or bachelor's degree in construction management or a closely related field / College Degree preferred.
Prior general engineering construction experience, preferable in wet utility construction and pipeline rehabilitation.
Must have strong knowledge of underground construction methods, materials and equipment.
Experience with Public Works Agencies is a requirement.
Local knowledge of the construction industry.
Understanding of CPM scheduling and software applications such as Primavera Contractor/P6.
Strong computer skills including proficient use of Word and Excel.
Strong communication, both verbal and written and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Abel to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Possess a valid California Driver's License
