Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Success Associate at Home Show Management Corp. The role involves tasks such as managing client relationships to build loyalty, providing excellent communication with clients, assist in the sales process, utilizing analytical skills to assess client needs, and supporting sales and finance departments in ensuring client satisfaction. Relationships and partnerships are a core part of Home Show Management and this professional must be dedicated to help clients achieve their goals. Much of this role is focused on building relationships and creating new ones. This position will also have roles within executive administrative support with the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively, communicate clearly and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Client Services, Communication, and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong writing skills for email support.
  • Experience in Sales and Administrative Support
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook, teams)
  • HubSpot and CRM experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the home design or events industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
