As a Financial Advisor, you will cultivate lasting client relationships, assess financial goals, and provide expert guidance to help clients navigate their financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial consultation sessions with both new and existing clients to assess their financial objectives and needs.
Leverage industry knowledge to develop customized financial strategies, offering targeted solutions to meet clients' specific goals.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth while aligning with enterprise-wide objectives.
Establish and nurture relationships with prospects to drive business growth and meet performance targets.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, FINRA regulations, and company policies to act in clients' best interests and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Conduct one-on-one meetings with clients to determine their financial goals, risk tolerance, income, expenses, and asset allocation.
Provide strategic advice on a variety of financial products and services, including investment portfolios, insurance coverage, and debt management solutions.
Manage the movement of funds between accounts, adhering to industry standards and federal regulations.
Stay informed on market trends and financial developments to provide informed, up-to-date advice to clients.
Prepare comprehensive financial documents, including income projections, investment reports, and financial plans.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing an established book of business with a demonstrated track record of success.
Strong background in the financial services industry with a deep understanding of investment products and strategies.
Required Series 7, Series 66 or Series 65, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certifications.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client trust and relationships.
Demonstrated expertise in creating and reviewing detailed financial plans for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Ability to manage multiple clients and accounts while delivering personalized, high-quality service.
