Position Summary: Our professional teams of engaged and responsive Account Managers and Account Analysts work with our clients on strategic program planning and the development of current, ongoing and future wellness strategies. The Account Teams work with specific clients as the primary, day to day, point of contact, for the management and fulfillment of the specific client service needs. This includes being actively engaged with Asset Health's Technology Team, Sales Team, and the management of a full suite of reporting and communication deliverables.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend client conference calls (and occasional onsite meetings) and take meeting notes.
Responsible for entering all client notes into Goldmine taken from meetings and calls.
Assist AM with ongoing follow-up project management items for Client.
Assist AM and Asset Health Engagement and Sales team with the development and execution of the Client's Wellness incentive program.
As requested, enter and track or assist AM with tracking technical requests and program changes in the Asset Health IT project tracking system.
Responsible for updating the Client Information Master (CIM) form (updated on a monthly basis or as necessary) to reflect current program design and services.
Assist with the development, data gathering and issuance of Client monthly/quarterly activity and program effectiveness reports.
Assist with the generation of the Client Incentive Reports (Data analysis, audit and issuing of reports).
Attend Client meetings, Benefit Fairs, Training Sessions or other meetings as directed by the AM.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required: A bachelor's degree in a related field (such business administration, finance, economics, or accounting)
Preferred: Experience performing consulting, client service, account management, customer service or call center experience in a sales support environment
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Strong ability to problem solve and work independently, as well as within a team
Strong research skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Critical thinking skills
Detail oriented
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Organized with good time-management skills; able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast paced, demanding environment
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
No manual labor or lifting
