About the Role:
You will start by wearing many hats-helping with marketing, estimating jobs, doing small mold remediation projects, managing larger projects by coordinating subcontractors and other tasks as needed. This is a hands-on role for the first 6-18 months, but it's designed to transition into a General Manager position, where you'll primarily focus on growing and managing the business.
After 6-12 months, you may still occasionally have to get your hands dirty and do small jobs (around 20-25% of your time), but your main responsibility will be running the business, managing multiple technicians and vehicle operations, and helping us scale statewide.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
Assist in marketing efforts and develop strategies to attract more business
Assist with estimating for mold remediation and water damage
Perform mold inspections with testing
Handle small mold remediation jobs personally for initial period (6-12 months) and occasionally going forward as needed
Project manage larger jobs, including coordinating employees and subcontractors
Build and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Grow and manage a team, with plans to hire 2 full-time field technicians who will report to you within 6-12 months.

Compensation:
Salary based on experience + monthly bonuses based on performance. There is no cap-your success is tied to the results you deliver.

Requirements:
1 Year Minimum of Mold or Water Damage Experience
Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces year-round
Valid Driver's License (No DUIs within last 5 years)
