Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead and grow our entrepreneurship programs. This role involves managing multiple projects, supporting participants, and ensuring seamless program execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community development, entrepreneurship, and social equity.
This is a remote position, but candidates must live in New York City and be available for in-person meetings 1-2 times per week. Must also be able to travel across the 5 boroughs to various events and sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Management
Oversee end-to-end management of entrepreneurship programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with support staff and partners to deliver high-quality programming.
Manage the program calendar, coordinating events, venues, and materials.
Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of program execution.
Participant Recruitment, Support & Program Execution
Lead the recruitment, interview, and selection process, ensuring a diverse and high-potential participant pool.
Serve as the primary contact for participants, addressing their questions and providing support around program details and operations.
Ensure programs are delivered with the highest level of quality, professionalism and impact.
Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Track participant progress, program outcomes, delivery and impact to ensure program goals are met.
Prepare progress reports, outlining key findings and recommendations for future improvements.
Use participant feedback and program data to drive continuous improvement and innovation in
program design.
Alumni Engagement & Community Building
Collaborate with the team to execute the alumni strategy.
Work with the team to organize workshops and networking events for alumni.
Serve as a liaison and success coach for alumni, connecting them to ecosystem resources for
their ongoing growth and development.
Develop long-term relationships to sustain the PFG community.
Qualifications
Location: Must live in New York City and be available for in-person meetings 1-2 times per week.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in program management, ideally in entrepreneurship, community development, or social impact.
Skills & Attributes:

Ability to solve challenges proactively and adapt to changing circumstances.
Collaborative leadership style with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Experience with learning management and project management tools.
