POSITION: Sr. Program Coordinator, Rocky Mountain Community (RMC)
REPORTS TO: Executive Director, DO3 USA
SARLARY RANGE: $65,000 - $72,000
Position Summary:
The Senior Program Coordinator for the Rocky Mountain Community (RMC) plays a vital leadership role in advancing the mission of DO3 USA by managing and overseeing programming and outreach initiatives. This position is responsible for executing strategic plans specific to the RMC region, ensuring high-quality program delivery and strong community impact. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the broader DO3 USA team and local partners to identify and support Dream recipients, plan and manage program logistics, and build relationships with donors. By leading these efforts, the Senior Program Coordinator will contribute to the growth and sustainability of DO3 USA's presence in the Rocky Mountain Community.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and execute with excellence all aspects of the Dream Experience program: work with the programming team and referral partners to identify recipients, plan logistics, secure in-kind donations, identify gifts, build itineraries + family guides and communicate with partners, sponsors and volunteers, as needed.
Coach and provide direct support to RMC Program Coordinator and Community Engagement Coordinator.
Lead and manage the Day Dream program: work directly with the program team to communicate with Day Dream partners, plan, support and execute all logistical aspects.
Work with the Programming Team to identify local high schools to participate in the Jr. Dream Team program and colleges for the Collegiate Dream Team program.
Work with the program team to maintain a healthy Dreambox & Alumni program.
Serve as a point of contact for RMC Community referral partners and families within each program area.
Co-lead bi-monthly Program Locker Room (programming meeting) and serve as a leader for program coordinators throughout the organization.
Partner with organizational leadership to develop and execute 90-day goals that help the organization achieve annual and strategic goals.
Work with RMC Community Engagement Coordinator to plan & execute fundraising events.
Track & manage donations and prospect leads from programs, special events and community contacts in Salesforce.com
Serve as an instrumental part of the DO3 program team and assist as needed to serve and carry out the mission of the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' work experience in nonprofit sector.
Strong commitment to relationship development and communication skills with donors and prospects.
Excellent planning, organizational and time management abilities.
Initiator who is detailed oriented, high energy, and a self-starter who can produce results with little supervision.
Ability to work within a hybrid work environment and travel as needed to support Dream recipients, teams and the organization's strategic growth.
