Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture an existing portfolio of clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to support company growth.
Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and providing logistics solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
Communicate and negotiate with shippers, carriers, and other logistics providers to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.
Revenue Growth and Sales Execution
Leverage your established book of business to generate consistent, predictable revenue.

Meet and exceed individual revenue targets while contributing to team sales objectives.
Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
Conduct regular market research to remain informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.

Operational Excellence

Qualifications:
