Job Description:

Breakthru is seeking a personable and highly organized administrative or office assistant to join our small dynamic team within a fast-paced and friendly setting. This quick-learning individual will work within a unique and flexible role where they will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats. They will value confidentiality, customer service and will have a proactive approach with a "can-do" attitude while working in a fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administrative Support
  • Month-End Reconciliation, general bookkeeping, and financial report assistance
  • Accounts receivable & payable
  • Bill pay and bill pay reporting
  • Human Resources Support (401(k) coordination, benefits enrollment, and insurance coordination)
  • Scheduling, calendar, and office management
  • Team Assistance, event and project support (including opportunities to work with our portfolio of companies)
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or financial role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach to problem-solving, and willingness to learn.
