THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a passionate UI/UX designer to join the team on the ground floor as we build our third brand 100% in-house. Brand 3 will be a medical-grade skincare offering that leverages our technology platform to deliver a differentiated product to consumers. As one of the first dedicated design hires on Brand 3, you will design our best-in-class digital products and end-to-end user experiences to drive new user conversion and repeat customer growth.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who is both a master of UX and has a pixel-perfect approach to UI.
This role requires a highly collaborative hands-on individual to partner with various Product & Engineering stakeholders to ensure a focused engaging customer experience at every digital touchpoint.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design best-in-class products and experiences that drive revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
Establish foundational design systems and patterns that will serve as the building blocks for the new product, ensuring scalability and consistency as the product evolves from inception to maturity.
Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel perfect UI for all states and scenarios and deliver to development.
Balance user-design and business-oriented goals while continually striving to improve the entire customer experience.
Take ownership of a project from first ink drop to the last pixel implementation.
Work closely with product and engineering to define, design and deliver extraordinary products and ensure high-quality implementation and user experience.
WHO YOU ARE
2+ years of experience in designing customer facing digital products (web and mobile)
Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behavior, conversion, simplicity and usability
Positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
Follow, study, and appreciate well-crafted mobile and consumer apps
Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter, self-motivated, ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
Hands-on, initiator, hard worker with a high level of ownership and accountability
Highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
BA in Graphic Design, Media Arts, visual communication or similar
