The company boasts a national network of physicians and labs and supplies the largest In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) companies with the research data they need to improve diagnostic tests worldwide. RDI conducts testing and simplifies the clinical trial process for clients while recruiting, educating, and training independent physicians to participate in IVD studies. As one of the only IVD-focused research labs, RDI uniquely combines sample collection and instrument validation capabilities with a specialized national network of CLIA labs and physicians.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Position: Part-Time Office Manager with F/T Potential

Scope: This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in human resources, project management, office logistics, and administrative organization. The Office Manager will support RDI's daily operations by coordinating day-to-day office logistics, facilitating off-site records management, creating presentations and training programs, handling key administrative tasks such as invoice and payroll reviews, and utilizing critical tools like Salesforce and other cloud based applications. The company is very innovative and manages its entire operations using cloud based software. This part-time role offers flexibility to collaborate with RDI's team, contribute to its impactful work in clinical research and could grow into a full time role.

RDI is currently growing at a rapid pace so this offers lots of room for growth for all of its team members.

DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the go-to person in the office for all the questions!

Manage client visits, on-site interviews, vendors, deliveries and stay on top of all the office traffic

Maintain and manage off-site records management, organizing and maintaining essential documentation.

Build training material and help onboard new team members so they have a great start

Pitch in and help on the clinical trial project work as needed

Create presentations and training materials to support internal and external stakeholders.

Manage project schedules, monitor deadlines, and track project milestones to support successful project completion.

Utilize Salesforce for project tracking and Box for secure document storage and sharing.

Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members as needed.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Professional Experience + Qualifications:

-Can do attitude!

-Good judgment and decision-making.

-Track record of getting projects done on time.

-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

-Strong excel and word skills (do you know vlookup? want to learn it?)
