Gain Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company leading the discovery and development of next generation allosteric therapies. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the interim Chief Executive Officer at Gain Therapeutics. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the interim Chief Executive Officer to support multiple levels of the organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support and general administrative assistance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Provide support to interim-CEO/current CFO
Provide support to Senior Direct of Business Development and Manager of Investor Relations and Public Relations on an ad hoc basis
Finance and Accounting
Purchase orders
Expense reconciliation
Office Management
Welcome office visitors & maintain the professionalism of reception area
Direct any phone calls to the appropriate person
Ensure the office space is kept organized and presentable; follow up & deliver on workplace support questions and requests
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
Experience in managing expense reports
Administrative Assistance proficiency
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to recognize needs, solving problems, and anticipating issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Experience in the biotechnology or healthcare industry is a plus
