Already a leader in the industrial repair market, Belzona Florida has set further ambitious growth targets. To achieve them, we need to strengthen our field sales team by recruiting an equally target driven individual to cover the following counties in the Orlando Area, Florida: St. Lucie, Okeechobee, Indian River, Osceola, Brevard, Orange, Sumter, Lake, and Seminole.
Responsibilities
Our Technical Sales Consultants are knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and trained to instruct the client's personnel on the proper application techniques. The position will be based "on-territory" from your home although you will work closely with the head office team located in Doral, Dade County, Florida. You will hold responsibility for:
Growing the territory customer baseline by opening new accounts in targeted industry sectors
Achieving sales and profitable growth by developing and expanding sales to existing customers in identified and targeted industry sectors
Developing relationships at all levels of our client organizations
Maintaining accurate information and customer records on CRM
Working within a clearly defined Territory Business Plan that integrates fully with plans at regional and national levels
Providing a full service to all potential customers including inspection and diagnosis of problems and the recommendation of the appropriate Belzona solution
The successful candidates will sell a range of high-quality products and systems for the repair and maintenance of industrial and commercial facilities. Typical key targets and clients would include but not limited to those in the following industries:
Marine, Power, Pulp & Paper, Facilities Maintenance, Waste & Wastewater, Manufacturing & Processing, General Industry, Agriculture & Fishing, Food & Drink, Education, Sugar, Pharmaceutical, Steel, Oil and Gas
The position will be territory-based working from home, and will involve calling on specifiers, asset owners, and contractors primarily, creating and developing technical and commercial relationships.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in business development and use of CRMs for customer records and visit planning
Experience in client presentations will be a distinct advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal skills linked to well-developed communication and presentation skills
The ability to operate with individuality and flair in a structured, professional environment that makes full use of IT-reliant reporting and product information systems.
Relevant Industrial and/or Facilities Maintenance experience, combined with a demonstrable track record of success in B2B selling.
Specific experience gained in a technically oriented solution driven setting would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Oil and Gas or Power industries would be a distinct advantage.
