These products are geared towards centralized AI data centers as well as distributed AI Radio Access Network (AI RAN) data centers. We are looking for expert practitioners who are inspired to bring innovation and build transformative products.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, leading high-impact software infrastructure projects.

  • Experience managing projects on AI or machine learning workloads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI developer frameworks, tools, and automation systems.

Role:

As the Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure Software for AI, you will be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for managing the engineering execution for AI compute infrastructure. Your role will focus on the engineering execution process to manage GPU-based systems and Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and efficiency. You will work closely with product management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the commercialization of infrastructure products that power AI applications at scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Define engineering execution plans and sprints to realize the roadmap. Get acceptance from product, engineering and stakeholder leadership.
  • Own and ensure timely execution of roadmaps to meet the milestones. Work hand-in-hand with engineering and product leads to ensure consistent execution.
  • In collaboration with product management, ensure the roadmap is robust and agile (when necessary), making thoughtful and collaborative choices on (re)prioritization.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on execution status and call out any major shifts.
  • Attract, develop, and inspire a talented team to ensure successful product delivery.
