QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a financial services, support, sales and admin capacity.
Active Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63 and 65. Life and health preferred. Clean FINRA U4 background check.
Working knowledge of investment products and platforms.
High level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
Professional and highly organized with excellent time management skills in order to prioritize workloads effectively.
Experience supporting senior level leaders with the ability to work independently in support of advisors.
Critical thinking skills, good judgment and effective problem solving abilities.
A strong work ethic requiring minimal supervision and personal pride in work performance.
Demonstrated integrity and transparency.
Ability to make a decision based on proven judgement and experience.
Effective, proactive, and professional verbal and written communications skills.
Utmost discretion in working with sensitive and confidential information.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow established procedures, balance priorities, meet team goals and objectives in a fast changing work environment.
Perform complex administrative tasks for the director and partnership group.
Compile data, prepare and analyze reports using software including Redtail CRM and Morningstar.
Answer client questions in accordance with FINRA compliance standards for the financial industry.
Provide support to financial advisors in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals.
Maintain financial service databases, conduct financial research, complete special projects as assigned.
Correspond with clients to complete new account setups, asset transfers, and other brokerage transactions.
Provide processing, operational, administrative and client service support.
Provide specialized service and standout experiences to clients.
Perform high level administrative and support functions for the office.
Prepare client paperwork, run reports, answer telephones.
Provide independent, detailed, and specific follow up with clients as assigned.
