The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking an Administrative Trainee for the Administrative Services Human Resource Management Unit located in Hartford, Connecticut. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training to qualify for advancement into a professional level position within Human Resource Management.
The selected candidate will be trained in workplace investigations and labor relations as part of the Human Resource Management Legal Unit.
Salary Range: $66,558 - $85,778/year – plus State of Connecticut benefits.
New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: A bachelor’s or a master’s degree. *
*Note: Incumbents with a master’s degree may be hired at step 2 of the pay group.
APPOINTMENT: Appointment to positions in this class shall be for a period not to exceed twenty-four months.
