Summary/Objective: The Staff Attorney will be responsible for assisting the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel on a variety of corporate matters, including but not limited to NDA review, contract review, legal research, corporate governance and risk management. The Staff Attorney will be charged with gaining a strong working knowledge of privacy laws, domestic and international, and assisting in providing internal legal counsel and direction on compliance with these laws.Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:As directed by General Counsel and/or Associate General Counsel:
Assist in protecting the Companys legal interests and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law.
Provide hands-on counsel to various levels of Company.
Work with the Legal Department to identify and analyze legal issues/risk, review and draft documents, and help assure legal compliance.
Lead reviews and negotiations of various types of agreements, such as NDAs, licensing agreements, and customer and vendor agreements.
Research projects related to various legal and compliance issues.

1-3 years of experience in legal matters pertaining to Corporate Law; in-house experience preferred.
Previous experience and exposure to International Law matters and familiarity with transacting international business preferred.
Solid technical law skills and knowledge coupled with the ability to problem solve and investigate areas of law.
Proven legal, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and analysis skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Education:
Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from accredited U.S. Law School.
Licensed and in good-standing to practice law in a U.S. State or D.C. Bar, Indiana preferred (or willing to obtain).
