Our client is seeking a dedicated Jr. Product Manager to join their dynamic team within the Digital Shopping Experience organization. This role is integral to enhancing the online shopping experience by delivering relevant and engaging product recommendations, helping customers discover accessories, services, and warranties that complete their solutions.
As a Jr. Product Manager, you will play a vital role in defining and executing a customer-focused product roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and business to deliver high-quality, relevant product suggestions that enrich the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a visionary and comprehensive product roadmap for the recommendations experience team
- Align product strategies with business goals and customer needs
- Lead the product lifecycle in close partnership with engineering and experience design, from concept to launch
- Prioritize product features and improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery of recommendation experiences
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for recommendations, using insights to inform ongoing product improvements and enhance the customer journey
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to validate the effectiveness of new recommendation features and fine-tune user experience based on results
- Communicate product updates and roadmap effectively with peers and stakeholders, fostering alignment and enthusiasm across departments
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings in recommendations and services to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and business partners to continuously improve the recommendation experience
- Develop and maintain documentation on recommendation processes, product changes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and onboarding

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in product management and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
