Who We Are 

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is the leading supplier of products specified to close the building envelope. This includes: custom-engineered curtain wall and window wall, architectural windows, storefront systems, doors, skylights, architectural glass, and specialty products from CRL.

Job Summary

OBE is seeking a CRM Business Analyst for the Glass & Glazing Systems business. This key individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes and customer interactions to identify areas of improvement and suggest suitable CRM solutions.

 

Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

 

• Translating sales team business needs and processes of the organization into CRM solutions


• Identifying opportunities to improve customer relations through the implementation of CRM systems


• Analyzing and interpreting data to understand customer behavior and expectations


• Designing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty


• Collaborating with technical teams to customize and configure CRM systems to meet business requirements


• Training users in the organization on how to effectively use the CRM system


• Create, maintain, and train on reporting and dashboards


• Creating and maintaining documentation on CRM processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials


• Performing regular audits and quality assurance tests to ensure the functionality and efficiency of CRM systems


• Assisting in the resolution of CRM system issues, and coordinating with IT departments or vendors when needed


• Monitoring the effectiveness of CRM strategies and making adjustments as necessary

 

Here’s What We’re Looking For

 

• Proven experience as a CRM Business Analyst or in a similar role.


• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.


• Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into actionable business insights.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.


• Remote role with the ability to travel as needed - target 20%

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment


• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once


• Critical thinking and problem solving are imperative skills for success


• Collaborative, team-oriented personality with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships


• High level of computer, Microsoft Office, and CRM skills and acumen
