Your new role
As an estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates, analyze project specifications and requirements, develop detailed and competitive bids for potential projects. Request and review quotes from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Calculate material, labor and equipment costs needed for project completion. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project budgets are met and costs are controlled.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have 5+ years of estimating experience within a General Contractor environment.
- Experienced in Ground Up Construction in any project sector.
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
