Data Integration and Solutions Specialist (Hybrid)

In our time of growth, we are seeking dedicated and talented individuals to add to our team.

We are currently looking to add a Data Integration and Solutions Specialist to our Denver HQ team. We are open to candidates outside of Denver, CO, but candidates would be expected to relocate to Denver within a defined period of time.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

In this position, you will be working in a hands-on role. leading all efforts to maintain, develop and enhance the existing FRS Data Warehouse architecture. Working collaboratively with our 3rd party technology partners and internal stakeholders, we are looking for a liaison to help work with each of our business entities, corporate HQ staff and at all levels of the organization to assist FRS build our company story through data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Assist with the organization’s data analytics technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and promoting a data-driven culture.
• While working with our 3rd party technology services partner, you will help with technical work to ensure alignment with the firm’s technology roadmaps and long-term strategy.
• Act as a key partner to business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to leverage data systems to improve processes, support decision-making, and drive strategic use of information.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of the value of data analytics solutions and promoting their adoption.
• Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of data warehouses, ensuring data and semantic models are user-friendly and support self-service analytics.
• Drive the optimization of data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), leveraging tools such as Matillion
• Aide with internal updates, fixes and initiatives utilizing data modeling tools like Snowflake
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data technologies, tools, and methodologies, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve data systems.
• Be part of the relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of data analytics solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years of experience developing and supporting data analytics platforms, including data warehousing, BI.
• 2+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide BI and data analytics initiatives.
• Proven experience working with all aspects of data warehousing, including designing, building, and maintaining SQL data structures, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
• Extensive experience with Data integration tools.
• Demonstrated success in collaborative working environments, with a solutions mentality.
• Must have the willingness to work with all levels of an organization--including our 3rd party partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering results within defined timelines.
• Experience with vendor management and collaboration with both internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive data solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred
• Prefer expertise in Matillion. Snowflake and/or Power BI

COMPETITIVE PAY/BENEFITS PACKAGE

• Pay range will be commensurate with knowledge/skills/abilities but should fall in the range of $75K-$110K.
