Job Summary:

ITS, LLC is seeking a Cyber Mission Qualification Training (MQT) Trainer to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, CO Aurora, CO as well as Lompoc, CA. As a Cyber MQT Trainer, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of unit-level Defensive Cyberspace Operations-Space (DCO-S) qualification training.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Consult with the client to develop learning objectives and a training approach
• Provide DCO subject matter expertise in the development of system-specific training
• Research DCO techniques to support the documentation of mission system training tasks
• Prepare cyber operators for mission qualification by providing hands-on cyber training
• Integrate cyber defense industry best practices into mission system-focused training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three years of relevant cyber security experience
• Three years of experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS platforms (Elastic Stack, Splunk, HBSS, or equivalent)
• Strong background /familiarity with Windows and Linux command line, networking, traffic analysis, and MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Experience working on a cybersecurity team, such as a Security Operations Center (SOC), Cyber Protection Team (CPT), or Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP)
• IAT Level III certification required

Education/Experience:

• HS Diploma
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Clearance Requirement:

• Top Secret/SCI

Salary Note:
