Job Description:

Customer Service Supervisor for busy retail shop. Duties include but not limited to:


  • Open and close store

  • operate cash register

  • close registers at end of day and make bank deposits

  • provide excellent customer service

  • handle phone and online web orders

  • assist with store upkeep and recovery

  • put out new merchandise

  • assist with annual inventory

  • flexible with scheduling needs






Qualifications


  • one year retail experience with cash handling

  • high school diploma or equivalency

  • must be able to speak, read and write English

  • ability to work in fast-paced environment

  • must be able to stand through entire shift

  • lift up to 10 pounds

  • flexible with scheduling needs
