Volt is immediately hiring a for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant for an immediate opportunity in Kearny Mesa, CA.
As an Receptionist / Admin Assistant you will:
Handle front desk reception
Maintain multiple calendars for management
Book conference rooms
Coordinate, plan and organize meetings and events
Make travel arrangements
Book hotels, car rentals
Manage purchase requisitions
Process invoices
Hours are full time, M-F from 8am- 5pm. This role is full time onsite. Position is temp for 12 months, possibly longer but also offers a foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our talent.
The ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years of Admin Assistant experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Pay Rate: $21-22/hr
** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
