Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounting process-accrual and cash basis


• Senior Accountant will manage all accounts payable and receivables including weekly AP entry, check runs, deposits, and invoicing controls


• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations


• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries


• Prepare monthly client financial packages


• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations


• As a Senior Accountant, you will maintain Salesforce platform and update internal processes for efficiency


• Analysis of financials - cash flow, actual to budget


• Special projects and other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook


• Strong Excel experience required


• Proven ability within process improvement


• Ability to work with others closely including coworkers, clients, and third parties


• Able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines


• Team oriented

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
