Kforce is looking for a Lead Integration Engineer for a contact to hire with a large organization in downtown Kansas City, MO. Local candidates are preferred, but client will consider 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
Lead Integration Engineer will apply broad expertise and knowledge in highly specialized fields or several related disciplines
Lead and contribute to the development of the client's technology objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
Oversee the technical aspects of projects from inception to completion
Define project requirements and architecture solutions
Manage technical risks and ensure high-quality deliverables
Display -ownership- for a service, process, or application program
As a Lead Integration Engineer, you will make recommendations for policy changes and understand/provide analytical validation of the implications of certain policy changes
Budget planning, resource allocation, and participation in hiring decisions and performance evaluations
Demonstrate mastery of processes; Internally recognized specialist in area of expertise
Demonstrate knowledge in multiple platforms, technologies, and specializations (depth and breadth)
Contribute to higher risk/impact projects and take accountability for results which may impact the entire function
Assume more of a supervisory role with vendors and staff while networking with key contacts outside own area of expertise
REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of experience in business setting translating business challenges into technological solutions
5+ years of experience as Software Developer with 2+ years as a Lead Developer or Technical Architect
5+ years of programming experience with Java, .NET, Python, Golang, etc.
3+ years of experience with MuleSoft, Boomi or other integration platforms
2+ years of experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Proficient in SQL with a great Data Analysis mindset
Ability to connect dots to build the big picture
Some experience with Production Support preferred which sharpens problem solving skills
Open to learn new skills
Ability to move from one work area to another as required
Ability to function and operate on task with limited initial guidance and drive projects to completion with little to no oversight
Ability to represent the department in cross-department meetings, events and working groups
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
