Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is searching for a talented and experienced Corporate Receptionist for our client partner in the Chicago, IL area. Competitive compensation and benefits are available during the contract period.

As a Corporate Receptionist you will be responsible for:

• Promoting culture by delivering exceptional customer service assistance as the front line of communication for internal and external office guests


• Providing primary coverage for the corporate phone lines


• Maintains, audits, and updates call transfer guide to reflect business changes and needs


• Producing inbound call metrics, reporting trends to key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Prior experience in a customer service-related position


• Prior experience in a corporate receptionist or office services-related position is preferred


• Prior insurance experience is preferred (to address the complex understanding of the business required to effectively field calls)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
