We are a Parts Store and SO much more and we are looking for even more great talent to join our NAPA family! We have lots of parts available to our customers and this role as a Warehouse Team Lead plays a major part in ensuring that these parts get from our warehouse/stockroom to our stores, but also leading and motivating a team of awesome Warehouse Associates. Although our warehouse roles are not customer facing roles, you will play a critical part in our customers lives by leading a team of associates who have a primary goal of getting the right part(s) from our warehouses into our stores and businesses! What you'll be doing:
Drive daily warehouse operations and service levels to assure accurate and timely end
processing of customer orders
Build, guide and develop an engaged, high performance warehouse team focused on checkered flag customer service
Map out plans to organize products within the warehouse and chart a course for assembling and loading customer orders with safety, precision and speed
Consistently steer toward continuous improvement in processes and procedures
Inspect, protect and maintain company facilities, equipment, vehicles and all other assets
Manage daily stockroom operations and service levels to assure accurate and timely end processing of customer orders
Display pride in leading a warehouse recognized for safety and cleanliness
